Lee is an attorney with the Fort Worth law firm of Kelly Hart & Hallman, LLP. He began practicing law in 2013, and prior thereto, Lee served nearly eight years as a Houston police officer. In that capacity, he first met Clint Greenwood— then the head of the Harris County District Attorney’s Police Integrity Unit. For more than a year, Clint and Lee worked together on matters involving the Houston Police Department. Clint, a police officer and attorney himself, took a considerable interest in Lee’s career, as he too was attending law school while a peace officer. After Clint’s passing in 2017, Lee sought to find a means of honoring Clint and his legacy in both the law enforcement and legal communities of Texas.
By providing scholarships to full-time Texas peace officers attending law school, this foundation seeks to do just that.
